Security is provided around the clock, with key card access and CCTV both outside the building and in the common areas. Daily housekeeping is part of the stay, and room service and grocery deliveries are available for guests who prefer to stay in. An outdoor fireplace and outdoor furniture give you a space outside the rooms, while the rooms are soundproofed and the property is non-smoking throughout.

In the rooms, WiFi is available free of charge, and each studio has a flat-screen TV, internet services and a desk. Air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, towels and slippers complete the equipment.
